Yea we have the cab files..in fact most of us are carrying are extra copies of win 98 se/win xp/win2000 so we can use em...but then thats above an beyond...computer companies get 50 a hour or more to do this.. an we are out there on a free service call.......aghhh!!!
The amount of knowledge these people have (or dont have).... I had a lady the other day... VIP....Husband CEO/Chairman of some fruit company, didnt even have a firewall, or norton running on their home computer.....scary!!!
