Check with the wage and hour division of the Department of labor in your state of employment. They will immediately be able to explain to you if you qualify as a bonafide employee or not........sounds like you are. You could do yourself as well as the other workers for the company a BIG favor! Also, the employment security commission in your state may be able to help!
Just because you carry your own insurnace and supply your own vehicle does not guarantee you are a contracotr in the truest sense of the word.
