Again new2cable, depending on the current condition of the plant and the proper/improper splicing at the time of the initial build and maintenance performed will dictate what you need to do.

I assume that you probebly have an existing "trunk and feeder" technology design and are going to randomly drop in new fiber nodes for a cascade reduction and turn some existing amplifiers around for maximum penatration.
