You are the prime and YOU are making money off me.You are most likely taking a retainage from me also.
You should have your QC people out there to check my work quickly and if it is crap down the road I go. You should not wait for the MSO to find that You the PRIME hired some hacks and their out there giving your company a bad name.
Your the financially gifted one with the Prime contract you should act like one and take care of the good people that work for you and make YOU MONEY!
If you are the Prime and are hiring people and not checking their work in a timely fashion then you have no business being a prime PERIOD!
