It sometimes takes 60-120 days to get paid from the cable company. Why do you expect to get paid in 2 weeks when it takes 4 months for the prime to get paid? Usually the prime's money is being held up because of a quality control issue that was caused by the subcontractor anyway. Look at it from the Prime's point of view.
