1099 FIBER OPTIC SPLICER NEEDED - ILLINOIS - IMMEDIATE START MONDAY (11.2.2026)
Looking for a 1099 fiber optic splicer for FTTH terminal splicing (loose-tube fiber) and OPM testing in Illinois. Must be available to start work Monday morning, November 2, 2026.
Work consists of terminal splicing and OPM testing. Approximately 75% aerial and 25% underground.
QUALITY IS THE TOP PRIORITY. The ISP has extremely strict quality standards. Clean, neat, organized splice trays, proper fiber routing, and accurate testing are mandatory.

Provide pictures of your completed terminal splicing (tray, basket, and in-air work), including CommScope B and D if available.

Do you have a bucket truck?
Do you have an extension ladder suitable for aerial work?
