- 99% of this project will be UG and 1% Aerial wreck out, efficiently removing communication and power cables from underground ducts or conduits. Subcontractors must have access to a SCMCV Cable Scrapper Truck or Derrick Digger Trucks with wench attachments as this is a Client Requirement and we would also need proof of the required vehicles prior to start date.

To be eligible for this opportunity, subcontractors must have access to a SCMCV Cable Scrapper Truck or Derrick Digger Trucks with wench attachments. This is a client requirement, and confirmation of the vehicle's availability, whether owned or rented, will be required prior to the anticipated project start date of November 1, 2026. We would also need proof of the required vehicles prior to start date.

We are currently seeking qualified subcontractors for a potential copper removal project across IL, IN, MI, OH and TX. The work will consist primarily of underground copper removal, with a smaller percentage of aerial work. This is anticipated to be a four-year project, with additional details available upon execution of an NDA.
