1099 Independent Contractors — Production Pay Rate or Fixed Rate.
Qualifications
Underground construction, drop bury, plowing, missile boring, and fiber/coax installation experience. Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to meet customer requirements.
1099 Contractors: W-9, applicable insurance, and ability to meet background, safety, and certification requirements.
W-2 Employees: Valid work authorization, driver's license when required, and ability to pass applicable background/drug screening and safety requirements.
Other Requirements
All Personnel: Must be dependable, professional, safety-conscious, follow company and customer specifications, maintain quality workmanship, and be willing to travel when required. Equipment and certified training may be provided depending on the position.
Job Description
Responsibilities may include installing and repairing fiber/coax services, customer equipment, drop bury, conduit placement, direct bury, plowing, missile boring, drilling, utility identification, restoration, aerial fiber/coax drops, lashing, de-lashing, self-support, and other OSP/ISP construction duties.
Experience is preferred but not required for all positions. We are willing to train motivated candidates. Equipment may also be provided.
Both W-2 and qualified 1099 opportunities may be available.
Must be dependable, safety-conscious, professional, and willing to meet applicable background, drug-screening, driving, OSHA, and customer-specific requirements.
