( Prefer you send a text or email if interested vs msg in this platform as we don't always get these messages )

Stark Fiber LLC is hiring an experienced aerial lineman for telecom fiber construction and joint-use make-ready. This is a field role focused on correcting National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) pole violations, transferring existing attachments, and removing poles once transfers are complete.
You will work on active pole lines with power and communications attachments. The core of the job is getting violations cleared, moving attachments to the new or corrected position, and taking the old pole out without leaving the line out of compliance.
Day-to-day work includes:

Identifying and correcting NESC clearance, attachment, and spacing violations on joint-use poles
Transferring power, communications, and other attachments during pole replacements and make-ready
Sequencing transfers so the old pole can be removed cleanly
Removing old poles, including associated guy and anchor work
Setting new poles and installing hardware, guys, anchors, and bonding where specified
Placing, tensioning, and lashing aerial fiber and strand with the crew
Working from an aerial lift, climbing gear, or both, depending on the job and utility rules
Reading prints, pole data, and make-ready packages and documenting completed work
Coordinating with utility inspectors, traffic control, and other trades on the pole line
Following company, utility, and NESC safety rules on every job

Work is on Stark Fiber projects in the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain regions nearby. Travel and overnight work are expected less than 25% of the time. You will work from company trucks and bucket trucks as assigned and keep daily production records for each job.
