Job Description
**NOW HIRING: DIRECTIONAL DRILL FOREMAN**
**Location: Fort Wayne, IN**
**Pay: $30–$40 per hour, based on experience and CDL status**
**Benefits offered**
Ritchie Installation & Communications is looking for an experienced Directional Drill Foreman for a **permanent position** leading a crew and handling daily drilling operations.
**Must be able to:**
• Operate a directional drill
• Locate
• Operate a mini excavator
• Lead a crew and coordinate daily work
• Review bore routes, utility locates, and jobsite conditions
• Complete required safety paperwork and maintain quality work
**Schedule and work area:**
• Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends
• Work within 2.5 hours of our Fort Wayne office
• Home nightly
• **No per diem or relocation expenses provided**
Applicants must have directional drilling experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong commitment to safety, communication, and proper equipment care. **Having a CDL will factor into the pay rate offered.**
