Job Description
Advanced Powering Services, Inc. (APSI) is seeking experienced fiber-only drop crews for work throughout Southern California.
Scope of work includes:
Excavating and exposing buried fiber drops
Locating and accessing conduit, handholes, flowerpots, and property boxes
Retrieving failed or obstructed fiber drops
Clearing or repairing damaged drop pathways
Installing replacement conduit when required
Pulling or blowing new fiber drops
Repairing damage to landscaping, concrete, asphalt, and other surfaces
Testing completed fiber installations
Providing clear before-and-after photographs and closeout documentation
Crew requirements:
Proven fiber drop installation and repair experience
Experience with underground drop excavation and restoration
Ability to troubleshoot blocked, crushed, or damaged conduit
Proper excavation, locating, fiber-handling, and safety equipment
Reliable vehicles and transportation
Professional conduct when working on residential properties
Ability to meet APSI safety, quality, production, and documentation standards
Required insurance and documentation for subcontracted crews
Consistent work may be available for qualified crews producing clean, dependable results.
