• Lead quality audits and provide daily and weekly reporting to project managers and company leadership regarding project compliance and field conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, photographs, inspection records, and quality-control reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, permitting agencies, municipalities, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
• Quickly identify and resolve on-site issues, delays, deficiencies, or hazards to minimize downtime and keep projects moving.
• Verify completed work before it is submitted for client acceptance or closeout.
• Help train and mentor field personnel on Milenium’s construction and quality expectations.
• Champion Milenium’s “Nobody Gets Hurt” safety mission and promote a proactive safety and quality culture across all assigned projects.
Required Experience & Skills

• Solid understanding of NESC, OSHA, and applicable construction and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document field conditions.
