Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Install, repair, and maintain coaxial and fiber-optic telecommunications equipment
-Perform troubleshooting and service repairs to resolve technical issues
-Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards
-Coordinate with dispatch and other field teams to optimize service delivery
-Engage professionally with customers at residential and commercial locations
-Complete daily service installations efficiently while meeting quality goals
-Conduct regular equipment maintenance and quality assurance checks
Preferred Qualifications:
-Valid driver's license for daily travel to job sites
-Able to pass drug screen and background clearance
-Experience with fiber optic splicing and coaxial cable installation
-Strong network troubleshooting skills
-Excellent customer service and communication abilities
-Knowledge of safety protocols and time management
-Effective problem-solving skills

- BURY SERVICE DROP CREWS
Deployment Areas:
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
