Experience performing residential in-home cable installations, including running and connecting drops, setting up customer equipment, and ensuring reliable service connectivity. Must provide own white service truck along with a complete set of installation tools.

Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and pass a comprehensive background check prior to hire. A valid, active driver's license is required, along with a Social Security card to verify employment eligibility.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain aerial and underground cable lines, ensuring safe and reliable service.
Service coaxial and fiber lines, including drops, taps, and connector terminations.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve service problems in the field.
Complete installs, upgrades, and disconnects in accordance with work orders and SLA timelines.
Follow all safety protocols and properly use required PPE and equipment.
Communicate professionally and courteously with customers on-site.
Accurately document completed work, materials used, and job status.
Coordinate with dispatch and crew leads to manage daily schedules and job assignments.
