Starts
ASAP or no later than first or second week of October. We need techs now and in early October, We're looking to hire and additional 4-5 techs. Please read the whole ad. We have tons of work for the foreseeable future.
Pay
$2000-$4500/week with a $100/day per diem. The work week starts on Monday and ends on Saturday, your deposit will be made on Monday and hit your bank on Tuesday. You're basically 2 days out. We do not require any retainer. Please call/text for prices
Qualifications
Must be experienced in installing fiber to the home with all the tools, vehicle, ladders, and ect. Must be able to install aerial and underground drops Must be have good customer relationship skills. Must be able to pass background check.
Other Requirements
We are looking for serious techs that are motivated to make money. Fiber techs that only hang drops are needed as well. Fiber techs who also install coax are a plus, but not required. Coax only techs are encouraged to inquire as well.
Job Description
This is a coax to fiber project that will last about a year. It will be in 4 phases, each phase will be around 90 days. We will be converting coax customers to fiber customers, node by node. There should be very little drive time from job to job. Tech will install a fiber drop, install house box, run a pre-made outlet to ONT, and install a ONT to replace the coax modem. There will be little to no router work or IPTV work, as they will already have been installed before your arrival. All jobs will be pre-existing active customers. Most drops and outlets will be pre-made, however some fusion splicing will be needed in certain scenarios. You will get paid for each and every fusion splice. Most jobs will go rather quickly. We are also looking for fiber and coax route techs or business as usual. This a long term project and we will have plenty of additional work once this project is completed.
