Compliance and Insurance: Active business entity with valid General Liability and Commercial Auto Insurance. Must be eligible to register for Miss Utility/811 ticketing (exactix/VA811)

Job Title: Fiber Drop & Conduit Plowing Contractor (Independent Contractor / Subcontractor)
Location: Central Virginia
Start Date: Immediate (upon completion of onboarding paperwork)
Role Overview:
Southern Networks Inc. is seeking experienced Underground Utility Contractors to bury fiber drops and conduit to a depth of 1 foot in Central Virginia. We are looking for contractors who take pride in precision work and leave property restorations in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Bury fiber drops and conduit at a consistent depth of 12 inches.
Perform high-quality site restoration (backfilling, tamping, and cleaning up work areas) after every install.
Submit Miss Utility tickets independently for all assigned job sites prior to digging.
Maintain clear, timely communication with the dispatch/office team regarding job progress, delays, and completion status.
