Qualifications
Experience performing residential in-home cable installations, including running and connecting drops, setting up customer equipment, and ensuring proper service connectivity. Must supply own white service truck and a complete set of installation tools.
Other Requirements
Applicants must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and comprehensive background check. Must hold a valid, active driver's license and possess a Social Security card for employment eligibility verification.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain aerial and underground cable and fiber lines.
Service coaxial and fiber connections, including drops, taps, and connectors.
Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity issues to restore or maintain service.
Complete installs, upgrades, and disconnects accurately per work orders and SLA requirements.
Follow all safety standards and use required PPE and equipment properly.
Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach during all on-site interactions.
Keep accurate records of completed work, materials used, and job status.
Coordinate with dispatch and crew leads to stay on schedule and manage job assignments.
