Qualifications
In addition to splicing, a High Split COAX Splicer is responsible for replacement/upgrade of all coaxial equipment from the NODE to the end of lines. Experienced COAX Splicers will also be responsible for activations and rebalancing and troubleshooting if needed.

In addition to splicing a High Split COAX Splicer is responsible for replacement/upgrade of all coaxial equipment from the NODE to the end of lines. Experienced COAX Splicers will also be responsible for activations and rebalancing and troubleshooting if needed.
• Customer Service – Interaction with project owners, engineers and coordinating with customers and engineers for scope changes and communicating those changes to the Project Manager.
• COAX Splicing Skills – Preparing various types of outside plant COAX cables for splicing, operating test equipment, reading and understanding the test results for troubleshooting purposes.
• Other – Serves as backup to other positions at the direction of management; and other duties as assigned.
