Qualifications
Familiarity with networking concepts, signal flow, and equipment installation. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Previous experience as a technician in telecommunications, cable, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

RESUME REQUIRED! Must have a truck Van or SUV. Must have required tools. Valid Driver's License. Background and drug test required.
Job Description
Install, test, and configure telecommunication equipment and services in MDUs and SFUs.
Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot service issues as they arise.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Educate customers on service features, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet, phone, and cable services.
Work with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
Update network documentation and diagrams as necessary.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing installations and repairs.
Ensure proper handling of equipment and materials.
