Job Description
Perform residential in-home installations of cable, internet, and FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) services. Install, connect, and configure customer equipment, including routers, modems, and fiber terminals. Run, route, and terminate cables and fiber lines according to installation standards. Test connections, identify service issues, and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain a clean and organised work area and ensure all installations meet quality and safety requirements. Provide professional and courteous service while explaining basic equipment and service functions to customers. Complete installation work efficiently and accurately while meeting company and customer expectations.
