Job Description
Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial cable and fiber services.
• Run and terminate coaxial and fiber optic cable, both aerial and underground.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot signal issues to restore service quickly and efficiently.
• Set up and activate customer equipment, including modems, routers, and set-top boxes.
• Test connections to ensure proper signal strength and service quality before job completion.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including ladder, bucket truck, and PPE use.
• Provide clear, professional communication with customers regarding work performed.
• Keep accurate records of jobs completed, materials used, and time on site.
• Work efficiently to meet daily job quotas and service level agreements (SLAs).
