Job Description
Responsibilities:
•Perform FTTH residential fiber installations and service activations
•Install, troubleshoot, and repair fiber internet services
•Test fiber connections and verify service quality
•Educate customers on installed equipment and services
•Complete work orders and service documentation accurately
•Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
•Follow company quality and safety standards
Requirements:
•Previous FTTH or fiber optic installation experience.
•Experience troubleshooting fiber internet services.
•Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field.
•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
•White work truck/van required.
•Must be authorized to work in the United States.
•Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
•Ability to work outdoors and travel within the assigned service area.
