Fiber Techs Wanted — Canby, Oregon · Astound Build
HTSAL Fiber Optics is contracting experienced fiber technicians for the Astound buildout in Canby, OR. High volume, starting immediately. Bring your own rig and tools.
What you'll earn
$3.07 per point
Jobs run 25–35 points depending on scope — $76.75 to $107.45 per install
Plus a $50 per day bonus
6–8 jobs routed per day
$3,000–$5,400 per week depending on your production
What you need before day one
Work van that can carry a 28 ft extension ladder
28 ft fiberglass extension ladder, OSHA compliant
Fusion splicer plus cleaver, strippers, and an optical power meter
This is a splicing route. If you don't own a fusion splicer, this one isn't a fit.
