Job Description
**DIRECTIONAL DRILL CREWS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY — OHIO**
CollabFirst is currently seeking experienced and dependable **Directional Drill Crews** for an active telecommunications infrastructure project in Ohio.
We are looking for complete crews that are ready to mobilize as soon as possible and can safely perform underground directional drilling work while meeting project production and quality expectations.
**Preferred Crew Capabilities:**
• Experienced directional drill operator
• Experienced locator
• Equipment operator and supporting ground crew
• Experience installing underground telecommunications or fiber infrastructure
• Ability to perform drilling, locating, potholing, conduit placement, and restoration-related work
• Knowledge of underground utilities, bore paths, utility markings, and safe excavation procedures
• Ability to complete daily production documentation and project reporting
• Strong safety record and commitment to following all site requirements
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned project area
• Crews with their own drill, support equipment, trucks, trailers, tools, and safety equipment are preferred
**Project Location:** Ohio
**Start Date:** Immediate
**Mobilization:** Crews are needed as soon as possible
**Project Type:** Underground telecommunications infrastructure
