Job Description
Tiger Communication is hiring for the following positions on our in-house fiber construction crews. These are positions working directly under Tiger - not subcontract crews. Steady work, weekly pay through direct deposit - no waiting on invoices.
Drill Operator:
• Proven directional bore experience (fiber/telecom OSP)
• Able to set up shots and run clean bores near existing utilities
• Rock/mixed soil experience a plus
• CDL a plus
Locator (Drill Hand):
• Experienced walking bores and tracking the head
• Able to read pitch/depth and communicate with the operator
• Potholing experience preferred
Laborer / Ground Hands
• Mixing mud, loading rod, potholing, general site support
• Will train the right person - reliability matters most
• Experience around drills a plus
