Comcast Residential Installation Technician responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining fiber-optic systems for residential and commercial customers throughout MN and surrounding areas. Experienced in operating work trucks, utilizing 28-foot ladders and ladder racks, and working with industry-standard tools and testing equipment.

Job Description
Cable Technicians are responsible for installing and troubleshooting cable television and internet systems in residential homes and businesses. While specific Cable Technician job duties can vary depending on the type of systems they work with (i.e., cable television, digital phone line, internet, etc.), general duties for Cable Technicians include:
• Provide high level of customer service;
• Troubleshooting and repairing cable system infrastructure;
• Plan for installing data and voice cables for residential cable television and home router systems;
• Upgrading / Downgrading existing cable television and internet systems;
• Performing cable system maintenance.
