Techs averaging $3,000 – $4,000+ per week based on production. Earnings typically increase during peak summer production months as production ramps up. Piece-rate pay (price sheet provided upon contact). Payments issued weekly (Net 21).
Qualifications
FTTH / fiber installation experience preferred. Experience with aerial residential fiber drops a plus. Must have reliable work vehicle suitable for ladder transport. Ability to work independently while maintaining professional customer interactions. Willingness to travel within Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont as needed.

Nice to Have: Charismatic with customers! Must Have: own work vehicle suitable for ladder transport along with cones and standard installation tools. Ability to complete aerial residential FTTH installs safely and efficiently while maintaining professional customer interactions. Project consists primarily of aerial residential fiber drops. All drops are premade – NO SPLICING required. Materials provided at designated pickup locations. Established Fidium market with steady backlog of work.

FIBER INSTALLERS NEEDED – ESTABLISHED FIDIUM FTTH PROJECT
Current techs in this market are producing $3,000–$4,000+ per week based on production. Earnings typically increase during peak summer production months as production ramps up.
You will have an excellent support team and managers to guide you and lead you to a successful future!
Work consists primarily of aerial residential installs with premade drops – NO SPLICING required.
Established Fidium market with ongoing work. This project has been active in the area for several years and has a steady backlog of work.
Immediate start available for qualified installers across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
Payments are issued weekly (Net 21).
Scope of Work:
Residential FTTH installations including running aerial fiber drops, placing the NID, routing fiber into the home, and connecting to the ONT.
Tool loan program available for installers who may be missing some equipment.
