Pay

Depending on SOW & SLA; we offer commission-based compensation, piece-rate compensation, flat-rate, and hourly for w2 employees. Most of our field engineers earn $100K+/yr.

Qualifications

FE: Experience in any of the following: Low voltage, structured cable, IT/Field Engineer, Access Control. Sales: Door-to-door, retail, or B2B.

Other Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check / MVR/ Drug Screen, etc. Must have reliable transportation (Late model truck, van, or car) and all the necessary tools to complete the SOW. Please see below.

Roles & Expectations

A. Sales Staff
Targets & KPIs: Meet or exceed sales quotas; track opportunities, pipeline, and close rates.
Customer Engagement: Present solutions based on needs, manage demos, and negotiate effectively.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with technicians, management, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and handoffs.

B. Technicians
Technical Proficiency: Stay current on product training and certifications. Stay off of your cellphones unless it is BeiTek business-related.
Service Quality: Adhere to all safety/OSHA protocols, use proper tools, and produce high-quality work.
Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with clients, address questions, and respect their property. Be professionally knowledgeable in every interaction with clients and/or end-users.
Travel & Equipment: Maintain company assets responsibly; report issues promptly.

Training & Development

New hires attend onboarding, including policy review and role-specific training.
Ongoing education—through vendor certifications, webinars, or internal workshops.
Regular performance reviews to identify growth opportunities and career progression.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Structure: This varies, depending on your role. It can be Salaried, hourly base pay, or commission (sales). Hourly, KPI service/performance bonuses, piece-rate, flat-rate, or hourly for technicians.

Sales Commission Policy: Details on calculation, payment schedule, claw-backs, and any accelerators will be furnished by your sales manager.
