Fiber optic experience, OTDR testing,Fusion splicing, BICSI certification,OSHA certification, Lift certification, Structured cabling experience, Data center experience,Ability to read prints and diagrams, Experience with server rack environments, Attention to detail and cable management standards
Other Requirements
Schedule & Travel: Night shifts may be required, Overtime opportunities available,Travel opportunities available depending on project location

We Install It is seeking experienced Data Center Installation Technicians to support mission-critical infrastructure projects.
This role involves:
*rack & stack deployments
*structured cabling
*fiber optic installation
*infrastructure buildouts
*technology deployments in hyperscale and enterprise environments
Responsibilities:
*Install and dress fiber and copper cabling
*Perform rack & stack installations
*Install ladder racks and containment systems
*Label and test cabling
*Maintain documentation and quality standards
*Work in active data center environments
