Job Description
We’re actively seeking experienced fiber blowing subcontractors/crews for a large-scale long-haul fiber project across Ohio. This is a high-production job with consistent work for qualified teams.
Project Scope:
Long-haul / backbone fiber installation
Air-blown fiber through microduct systems
Multiple routes across Ohio
Seeking:
Established subcontractor crews with fiber blowing (jetting) experience
Teams equipped with fiber blowing machines, compressors, and support tools
Experience with microduct, HDPE, and long-distance fiber runs
Ability to meet production schedules and quality standards
Responsibilities:
Perform fiber blowing/jetting operations efficiently and safely
Conduct duct proofing, route prep, and troubleshooting
Coordinate with splicing crews and project management
Maintain equipment and ensure job site compliance
Requirements:
Proven track record on similar long-haul or backbone projects
Proper insurance and business credentials
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Ohio
Commitment to deadlines and production goals
