Must have bucket truck; common coring tools; drill/impact; torch; gators; meter; and all basic hand tools. XM2 meter preferred as this is Comcast, viavi is okay, will lease meter if needed; will consider ladder truck.
Job Description
Comcast upgrade project involving upgrading node and changing out all actives within node. Must balance node and actives to correct levels. Must be able to troubleshoot signal and power. Also responsible for upgrading power supplies. Ticket based upgrade so have to work efficiently. Ticket working hours are Mon-Fri 5AM-1:30PM. Ticket has to be closed by 2PM or comcast throttles work flow. 1099 Contractor position, if subbing to company will offer high pay.
