Job Description
Pearl Connections is looking for one Drop Bury Supervisor per state across Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and New York. We are building regional crews and need experienced field leaders who can run drop bury operations from day one.
The Opportunity
This is a field leadership role. You will serve as the lead supervisor for a drop bury crew in your assigned market, responsible for daily production, crew coordination, quality control, and 811 compliance. This is a 1099 position with a consistent, long-term workload and a clear path into regional leadership as we expand.
What You'll Do
Run a drop bury crew performing direct burial of coax and fiber using plows, trenchers, boring equipment, and hand-dig methods. You will own daily scheduling, QC inspections, utility conflict resolution, production reporting, and crew development.
What We're Looking For
Our priority is candidates with active drop bury supervisory experience and strong hands-on knowledge of plow, trench, bore, and hand-dig methods. Experience with directional drilling (HDD) and MISSLE is required. We will also consider highly experienced drop bury technicians with a strong field track record who are ready to step into a supervisory role.
All candidates must hold a valid driver's license, valid SSN, and authorization to work in the U.S. This is a travel-based position — willingness to travel is required.
Compensation
1099 | Weekly Pay | Monday–Saturday | One opening per state: Colorado · Wyoming · Montana · New York
