Job Description
Scope of Work:
Drive to assigned poles
Capture 3 photos per pole (smartphone)
Answer basic condition questions and capture photos of inadequate conditions (lashing wire, pole condition, attachments)
Move to next pole (high-production workflow)
Project Details:
Team Size: 2 technicians
Start: ASAP
Pay: Weekly
Lodging: Covered
Production Expectation: High-volume pole capture (fast-moving work)
Ideal Candidate:
Former CATV lineman, OSP fielder, or auditor
Has done pole inventory, audits, or make-ready
Knows how to move efficiently without babysitting
