??? NOW HIRING: RESIDENTIAL BURY CREWS (WISCONSIN STATEWIDE)
With the spring thaw approaching, we are onboarding professional Residential Bury Crews for our statewide Wisconsin operations. We have a massive, steady workload and are seeking crews equipped to maintain a high-production schedule 6 days a week.
The Mission
High-Volume Production: Consistent residential drop burial work across the majority of Wisconsin.
Spring Start: Operations begin as soon as the ground breaks (Spring Thaw).
Steady Pipeline: Reliable, long-term workload throughout the entire season.
Crew Requirements
Equipment: Must provide a Vibratory Plow and be fully self-sufficient.
Capabilities: Crews must be able to perform standard driveway and street bores.
PPE: Full compliance with all safety requirements (High-viz, hard hats, safety glasses, etc.) is mandatory for all personnel at all times.
Professionalism: High-quality restoration and strict adherence to safety standards are non-negotiable.
Compensation & Onboarding
Financials: Net pay and a comprehensive rate card will be discussed in detail during the initial contact.
Process: Once onboarded, crews will be walked through the specific workflow and technical standards required by our customer to ensure success from day one.
