*Position Overview
Webb Utility Contractors is actively hiring experienced Directional Drill Operators for immediate deployment on multi-state underground telecommunications projects. We are looking for skilled operators familiar with JT9, JT40, and JT60 rigs who are ready to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

*Responsibilities
Operate directional drill rigs (JT9, JT40, JT60) safely and efficiently
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Follow bore plans, locates, and safety requirements
Work closely with locator and crew to ensure accuracy and productivity
Maintain production goals while ensuring quality installation
Identify and navigate existing underground utilities
*Requirements
Proven experience operating directional drills (JT9, JT40, JT60)
Ability to read and understand bore plans and utility locates
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
Willingness to travel and work out of state
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in varying weather and ground conditions
*Preferred (Not Required)
CDL (Class A)
Experience in underground telecommunications
Ability to support crew when not actively drilling
