As a Coax/Fiber Hybrid Installation & Repair Technician, you’ll install, repair, and maintain coaxial cable systems for residential and commercial customers in the Columbus, OH area. Must have experience with work truck, 28 foot ladder/ ladder rack and tools. MUST HAVE FIBER AND COAX EXPERIENCE

As a Coax/Fiber Hybrid Installation & Repair Technician, you’ll install, repair, and maintain coaxial cable systems for residential customers in the Grasonville, MD area about 45 minutes from Baltimore.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing residential installations and repairs for video, internet, and phone services
Troubleshooting and repairing coax systems using signal meters and diagnostic tools
Following all safety protocols and procedures
Collaborating with team members to meet service goals
Representing the company professionally with customers
Working in various weather conditions and at heights
Using job management systems to document work
What You’ll Need
Your own truck, SUV or van (required)
Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
Ability to work safely and efficiently to industry standards
Flexible availability to meet changing schedules
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working at heights and in indoor/outdoor environments
Basic computer proficiency
