Qualifications
Must be an experienced Cable/Fiber Technician for residential installations. Good communication skills. Technician must have a truck or van with a ladder rack if using their own vehicle. Company vehicles are available with a clean driving record.
Job Description
We are actively seeking experienced Home Technicians for residential fiber projects. This is hands-on production work performing FTTH installs while following all safety procedures. Technicians must work closely with dispatch and project teams to complete assigned jobs efficiently and meet service targets, while maintaining a professional image on customer sites.
This role requires physical, field-based work including: crawling, working in attics, and working in various weather conditions.
You will only be working from the NIT to the router, drop will be run by a different crew.
Scope of work includes:
ONT Provisioning and router activation
Customer Service skills it's a must
Comfort with mobile apps for job assignments, reporting, and documentation is required.
Also looking for drop bury crews, look for a different ad for more info or text the numbers below
