Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days/Week (Optional 7-Day Availability for Bonuses)
Pay: Commission-Based + Weekly Payouts (Net 17)

What You Need
Valid driver’s license
Work van/minivan (or use our rental program)
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Your own tools, including:
Fiber splicing & termination tools
Fiber cleaver & compression tools
Drill, torque wrench, screwdrivers, etc.
Safety gear (harness, hard hat, cones, ladder up to 28’)
