Empire Engineering Services – Seeking Aerial & Underground Fiber Crews - Corp to Corp
Empire Engineering Services is currently seeking experienced Aerial and Underground Fiber Crews to support upcoming fiber network deployment projects across multiple markets.
We are looking for qualified teams that specialize in fiber placement (placing/blowing) and fiber splicing and can perform work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry and client standards.
Scope of Work may include:
• Aerial fiber placement on utility poles
• Underground fiber placement
• Fiber blowing / jetting operations
• Fiber splicing and testing
• Cable preparation and termination
• Coordination with project management teams to meet project timelines
Crew Requirements:
• Crew Members must have all industry qualified certifications
• Proven experience in aerial and underground fiber deployment
• Capability to perform fiber placement, blowing, and splicing
• Crews must provide all required equipment, vehicles, tools, and safety gear
• Ability to read construction drawings and splice diagrams
• Strong adherence to industry safety standards and best practices
Crews will also be responsible for submitting complete close-out packages upon completion of work, including as-built documentation, photo documentation, and fiber test results.
