Fiber/Cable Technicians wanted — training provided, but candidates should have basic experience with aerial drop installation.
Other Requirements
Come prepared or let us help you get there — Technicians are encouraged to have their own tools, but support is available. Candidates must have a truck or van, along with a 28ft and 8ft ladder. Detailed tools list provided during onboarding.

** FTTH Installers Needed – OH / NH – IMMEDIATE START**
Seeking **experienced FTTH installers** for a high-volume Fiber project. Long-term work with consistent job flow for productive techs.
Locations:
Ohio / New Hampshire
Pay:
* $2,500 – $3,000+ per week (production-based)
* Increased volume during peak season
* Weekly pay – Net 21 and Net 14
Scope of Work:
* Residential FTTH installations
* Aerial fiber drops
* NID placement
* Fiber routing into homes
* ONT install & activation
Project Details:
* Established market with strong backlog
* Consistent workflow
* Long-term opportunity
* Immediate start available
**For Ohio project, splicing machine is needed!**
Requirements:
* FTTH experience preferred
* Must have **own truck/van**
* Must have **28ft ladder and 8ft ladder**
* Tools preferred *(assistance available if needed)*
