Job Description
We are seeking a production-oriented aerial crew for immediate deployment. This is a high-volume opportunity starting with storm restoration and transitioning directly into a long-term new build project in the Hillsboro market.
The Opportunity
Immediate Start: Must be local or able to mobilize into the market within 24 hours.
Storm Phase: Roughly 21 jobs total. Currently ~$2.7k per 5 jobs. They will probably ask us for more.
Efficiency: Jobs are tightly clustered; expect a 2-hour total round trip between every 5 jobs.
Transition: Upon completion of storm work, crew moves immediately to Hillsboro to begin a massive new build.
Project Scope & Technicals
Build Type: Aerial fiber/utility construction.
Standard: Must be proficient with AC02-123 composite assemblies, including anchor installations. 1.21$ a ft
Market Health: We haven't seen a map under 40k feet in the last 6 months. Volume is consistent and increasing—our current teams are maxed out, and we are adding capacity to meet demand.
Compensation & Terms
Pricing: Non-hourly / Unit-based. We pay for production.
Volume: High-density maps with long-term runway.
Ideal Crew: Professional, self-contained aerial teams with composite-specific tooling and a "production first" mindset.
