Former technician experience strongly preferred. Must have solid field leadership skills, troubleshooting abilities, and experience supporting production, quality, and safety in telecom fulfillment.
Other Requirements
Reliable transportation, phone/tablet for reporting, and ability to work on-site daily. Must be able to support technicians in the field and handle route checks, QA/QC, and safety.
Job Description
We’re hiring a Field Supervisor to lead and support our technicians in the field, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and at high quality.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, train, and support techs in the field
• Manage daily routes and on-site QA/QC
• Enforce safety and assist with troubleshooting
• Complete daily reporting and support production

• Former tech experience preferred
• Strong field leadership and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to keep morale, quality, and metrics high
