Job Description
The Underground Construction Laborer assists with the installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utilities including fiber optic, telecommunications, and electrical infrastructure. This position supports crews in excavation, conduit placement, and site restoration.
Advanced Powering Services, Inc. (APSI) is actively seeking experienced Directional Drill Crews and Pneumatic Missile/Boring Crews to support multiple fiber optic infrastructure projects across several markets.
We are expanding our construction operations and looking for reliable contractors and established crews who take pride in quality work and maintaining professional production standards. Project Scope
Work will primarily support fiber optic network construction, including:
Directional drilling for underground fiber placement
Pneumatic missile / bore work for road, sidewalk, and driveway crossings
Conduit installation and pathway preparation
Restoration and site cleanup in accordance with municipal requirements
Coordination with field supervisors and project management teams
