*Experienced Crews Average: $1,200+ per week *Pay per drop (rates discussed after NDA) *Net 21 *Weekly payouts (1099)
Qualifications
MUST HAVE: *General Liability Insurance *Ability to bore & bury fiber drops *Reliable truck or work vehicle *Ability to work independently & meet quality standards *Strong safety mindset & professionalism
Other Requirements
PREFERRED EQUIPMENT: *Shovels & trenching tools *Rakes *Drills & Flex bits *Boring equipment for sidewalk and driveway bores (missiles)
Job Description
We are actively seeking motivated 1099 Independent Contractors to join our growing team performing FTTH fiber drop bury installations across multiple New Mexico markets.
This is direct bury residential and small business work with consistent volume available.
JOB SCOPE:
Contractors will complete fiber service line installations from terminal to home/business, including:
• Direct bury fiber drops at 8-inch depth (FTTH)
• Hand trenching and light boring
• Underground residential & small business installations
• Property restoration after installation
• Completing jobs safely, efficiently, and to depth requirements
No conduit, No splicing required
All locates handled by us
