Are you a crew who isn't afraid of a challenge? We are looking for skilled, reliable crews and in-house talent to hit the ground running on a major fiber overlash project in the Bledsoe and Hyden areas of Kentucky.

The Project Details
Scope: Flat 48-count fiber overlash which never overlap. 2 10k reels can fit on small trailer.
Terrain: Majority roadside, but includes difficult easements that require grit and technical skill.
Timeline: Work starts immediately upon production of a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI).
The Rates & Terms
Production Rate: $.50 per foot.
80k ft in hand ready day 1.
Payment Terms: Net 17. No long waits for your hard-earned money.
Requirements
Proven experience in fiber overlash and new build line work.
Proper equipment and safety gear.
Up-to-date COI (Work starts as soon as this is verified).
Ability to handle steep or difficult easement access.
In-House Lineman Opportunity
We are also looking to possibly bring on a dedicated in-house lineman.
Must be able to climb. No exceptions—buckets can't reach everywhere we need to go.
Must be self-motivated and capable of navigating rugged Kentucky terrain.
