Qualifications
It is required that you have an established business entity and hold a valid license to operate in the states of New Mexico. Must have qualified linemen, trucks, tools, and safety equipment to construct underground fiber. Must be able to supervise crews, read prints, and submit legible redlines/as-builts daily to our production team. Insurance requirements: Typical industry standards. We are looking for strategic partners (Owner Operator – no 3rd Parties).
Other Requirements
The subcontractor is responsible for supplying all necessary equipment, vehicles, and qualified personnel to safely and efficiently carry out the job tasks. They will be accountable for contacting utility locates, conducting appropriate daylighting of utilities, and promptly reporting any damages or incidents involving utilities. A vac truck is required, and you must have drill mats.
Job Description
Utilities One Group is initiating two new FTTH projects in New Mexico. We require horizontal directional drilling services for installing Telco conduit(s). The customer will provide all the necessary major materials. As part of the bore rates, you will be responsible for placing the provided mule tape. You will need to supply your own bore and assist pits and perform your own potholing. Prior to drilling, all existing utilities must be thoroughly potholed, and their crossing must be carefully monitored. While our primary focus is on directional drilling, you will be required to set vaults and pedestals. Additional placement opportunities will also be available.

• We need partners who want to work collaboratively to get things done safely and effectively!
• We have multiple clients we are supporting in these areas, so we will always have work.
• We only work with Owner-Operators – no 3rd Parties.
