You are required to have an established business entity and hold a valid license to operate in the state of Ohio. Must have qualified linemen, trucks, tools, and safety equipment to construct underground fiber. Must be able to supervise crews, read prints, and submit legible redlines/as-builts daily to our production team. Insurance requirements: Typical industry standards

The subcontractor is responsible for supplying all necessary equipment, vehicles, and qualified personnel to safely and efficiently carry out the job tasks. They will be accountable for contacting utility locates, conducting appropriate daylighting of utilities, potholing utilities, and promptly reporting any damages or incidents involving utilities. The use of hydro-vac and excavator equipment is strongly advised.

We are seeking experienced underground fiber construction crews for active, high-volume telecom projects in Ohio and Indiana with immediate start availability. In Ohio, we have approximately 100,000 feet awarded in the Dayton and Columbus areas, with additional footage expected. In Indiana, we are supporting a large Frontier build with roughly 700,000 feet of underground fiber within a 50-mile radius of Fort Wayne. The work includes underground fiber installation, such as trenching, micro-trenching, directional boring, conduit placement, and restoration, performed in accordance with telecom and local standards. This is a long-term opportunity for fully insured, properly equipped crews capable of consistent production and professional execution.
