Possess a valid CDL driver's license with a good driving record. Two (2) years of experience in aerial construction or telecom trade. Must be NESC certified. Able to perform all duties in telecommunications construction such as: (pole transfers, maintenance builds, new build, cable installation, over lash, and strand construction).

High School Diploma from accredited school or its equivalent. Ability to apply preventative maintenance and service to motor vehicles and motorized equipment and to make minor adjustments to correct performance malfunction in the field. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.

Oregon Aerial Construction (OAC) is looking for an Aerial Foreman for our Portland, OR location.

The Aerial Foreman is an independent, skilled position in all phases of telecom aerial construction and repair. The position entails using problem-solving skills and creating job estimations. Job management, pole climbing, loading and unloading equipment and materials are all part of the daily workload. The Foreman will also be responsible for training ground hands on proper procedures and will oversee the job site.
