Qualifications
Experience in HDD, missile bore, jack &bore, or underground utilities preferred. Ability to work out doors in all weather conditions. Physically capable of lifting 50+lbs and performing manual labor. Valid driver's license (CDL a plus, not required) . Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-first mindset. Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required.

Job Description
We are seeking experienced and dependable HDD and Missile (Pierce/Bore) Crew Members to support underground utility installations.. This position involves hands-on field work installing conduit and utilities for fiber, power, and communications projects while meeting Ohio safety, utility protection, and jobsite requirements. Assist with horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and missile/pierce & bore operations
Set up, operate, and maintain drilling and boring equipment
Perform hand digging, potholing, and daylighting utilities
Read and follow bore paths, depths, and alignment plans
Work safely around existing underground utilities in compliance with Ohio 811 (OUPS)
Maintain safe work zones and traffic control per ODOT and local municipality requirements
Load/unload tools, conduit, and materials
Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant
Follow all OSHA, Ohio, and company safety policies
Communicate with crew leads, locators, inspectors, and supervisors
Assist with daily reports and job documentation
Set up, operate, and maintain drilling and boring equipment
