Pay
Compensation - $13 per burn (testing included), no bonuses, no per diem. Paid per completed and accepted. Terms will be 30 to 45 days dependent on end client acceptance.

Proven FTTH splicing experience (UG Aerial)
Other Requirements
Own splicing and testing equipment - Reliable smartphone and/or tablet - Ability to work independently and maintain steady production. Valid driver license and reliable transportation. Eligible to work as a 1099 contractor. Local to ABQ or able to self mobilize.
Job Description
Sky Rock Communications is seeking experienced fiber splicers for an active FTTH build in Albuquerque, NM. This is an ongoing production role for contractors who are comfortable with lean, production-based pricing and consistent reporting requirements.
Scope of Work -
FTTH fiber splicing - underground and aerial.
Single and mass fusion splicing.
Fiber prep, management and labeling.
OTDR and power meter testing included.
Daily production reporting and closeouts.
All work must meet high quality standards.
Reporting & Software (Required) -
Daily use of Fulcrum and client required software.
Production reporting, testing uploads, and closeouts completed in-system.
System data is used for invoicing and payment.
Must be comfortable using mobile apps and digital workflows.
